FIIB Launches AI‑Ready FIIBX Curriculum
On June 20, 2026, in New Delhi, the Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB) officially unveiled the operational details of its new FIIBX curriculum. The launch event featured Raghav Gupta, Head of Education for India and Asia Pacific at OpenAI, FIIB President and CEO Radhika Shrivastava, and Saurabh Mittal, Chair of FIIB’s AI Council.
The FIIBX curriculum restructures postgraduate management education by grouping students according to professional destination rather than traditional academic subjects. It introduces six distinct career pathways – Consulting and Strategy, Marketing and Growth, Finance and FinTech, Operations and Analytics, People and Organization, and Founders and Venture – and maps ten specialized career tracks to explicit corporate competency frameworks, moving away from generic specializations.
Design of the framework was led by FIIB faculty and stress‑tested alongside senior corporate leaders from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), FedEx, JPMorgan, and KPMG, establishing a benchmark for modern postgraduate management degrees.
During the conversation, Raghav Gupta stated, “The institutions best positioned for the next decade will be those that design for AI capability development from the ground up, rather than retrofitting it onto existing structures. It seems FIIB has done exactly that by treating AI readiness not as a standalone software tool or an afterthought, but as a core capability thread built directly into the program’s baseline framework.”
Radhika Shrivastava added, “Something irreversible has happened to the relationship between knowing and doing. AI has made knowledge retrieval instantaneous and universal. What organizations now need from graduates is not the knowledge itself, but the judgment to use it, the capability to apply it under pressure, and the ability to keep adapting as the tools and conditions shift. That is not a skills agenda. It is a redesign problem. FIIBX is our answer to it.”
FIIBX replaces traditional testing with a deliverable‑based assessment model. Students engage with professional challenges involving missing information and ambiguity through two proprietary systems: ‘ActionWorks’, which runs live problems and simulations, and ‘EvidenceWorks’, which captures role‑mapped proof of capability, ensuring graduates demonstrate readiness via a tangible body of work rather than a simple transcript.
About FIIB: founded in 1995, the Fortune Institute of International Business is a New Delhi‑based, AACSB‑accredited postgraduate business school and PRME Champion institution. Over three decades, FIIB has committed to delivering an industry‑first education that prepares graduates to work, think, and lead from day one. FIIBX represents the latest evolution of this commitment, rebuilt for a variable, AI‑driven future.
