Finkurve Financial Services board approved raising up to ₹75 crore via private placement of secured NCDs.
The 27-month NCDs offer an 11.33% quarterly coupon and will be listed on BSE.
The issue has a ₹50 crore base size with a ₹25 crore greenshoe option, secured by receivables.
