Finnable Ltd, an RBI‑licensed non‑banking financial company (NBFC) that provides personal loans, loan‑against‑property (LAP) and consumer‑finance products across India, announced the appointment of Mr. Sreeram Ranganathan Iyer as a Non‑Executive Nominee Director on its Board. The appointment is effective from May 2026 and the director will represent TVS Capital, an investor in Finnable.

TVS Capital, through its TVS Shriram Growth Fund 3 and TVS Shriram Growth Fund 4, has collectively invested Rs 250 crore in Finnable across two tranches. The nomination of Mr. Iyer is described as TVS Capital’s commitment of capability capital to the investee companies.

Director’s Professional Profile

Mr. Iyer brings three decades of global banking leadership, having served as Global Chief Operating Officer for ANZ Banking Group’s Corporate and Institutional Business. His experience spans major markets including India, Singapore, Dubai, London and Australia, with expertise in digital transformation, adoption of new‑age technologies, offshoring and governance in complex, multicultural environments. Prior roles include CEO of Scope International, head of Standard Chartered Bank’s global shared services arm, and recent positions as an Independent Director and board‑committee leader across several Indian companies. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School (UK) and is a qualified Company Secretary, Chartered Financial Analyst and Cost Accountant, with executive leadership training from MIT, London Business School and INSEAD Singapore.

Finnable’s assets under management (AUM) have grown to Rs 4,000 crore as of June 2026. The group’s mission is to make credit simple, fast and fair for underserved customers, leveraging technology‑led processes, data‑driven underwriting and a customer‑centric approach while maintaining strong risk management and compliance.
