First Fintec Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for Tuesday, October 27, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Registered Office of the Company.
The primary agenda items for the board meeting include:
- Consideration and approval of the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026

Trading Window Closure
In compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure period began on October 1, 2026 and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
