Firstsource Solutions intimated results of postal ballot voting on three special resolutions for director appointments.
All three resolutions were passed with requisite majority, including continuation of directors beyond age 75.
Voting was conducted via remote e-voting from March 13 to April 11, 2026, with TRR & Associates as scrutinizer.
Total 58.10 crore votes were cast across all resolutions with 83.36% participation of outstanding shares.
