The 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Thursday, 6th August 2026 through video conferencing (VC)/other audio video means (OAVM). The meeting was convened at 10:00 AM IST.

Voting Process and Methods

The Company provided facility for:

  • Remote e-voting from 9:00 AM on Saturday, 1st August 2026 to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 5th August 2026
  • E-voting during the AGM on 6th August 2026 for members present through VC/OAVM
  • Additional 15 minutes of e-voting after conclusion of the AGM for members who hadn't voted through remote e-voting

The voting was conducted using the platform provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). M/s. TRR & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, were appointed as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize all votes cast.
