Overview

Flipspaces, a global technology‑led design‑and‑build firm, announced that it has delivered over 1,000 projects amounting to more than 10 million square feet across 20+ cities in India, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

Market Context

India currently hosts 2,117 Global Capability Centres (GCCs) employing 2.36 million professionals, with nearly half of GCCs launched since 2021 focused on artificial intelligence. In the data‑centre segment, the country added 258 MW of new capacity in the first half of 2026, a 59 % increase, and total IT‑related capacity is projected to exceed 7 GW by 2030. The industrial and warehousing stock is expected to rise from about 610 million square feet today to roughly 885 million square feet by 2030.

Service Offering

Flipspaces’ proprietary VIZWORLD suite—comprising VIZWALK, VIZDOM, VIZCART and VIZCLIENT—integrates strategy, design, engineering, product supply, manufacturing, project management and construction on a single platform. Clients can visualise spaces before construction, select from a catalogue of over 200,000 products, and monitor progress, approvals and budgets in real time. An intelligence layer draws on data from more than 1,000 completed projects to flag risks, consolidate site updates (including WhatsApp messages) and generate on‑demand reports, with enterprise‑grade security for sensitive environments such as GCCs and data centres.

Client Portfolio

The firm has executed projects for enterprises including BSH, Nitya Capital, ICICI Prudential, Puma, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Firstsource, Cipla and Emirates, covering workspace, co‑working, retail, food‑and‑beverage, hospitality, education and mixed‑use or multifamily spaces.

Strategic Direction

Responding to the shift toward GCCs, data centres and warehousing, Flipspaces is extending its design‑and‑build capabilities into these asset classes, leveraging experience from TCS and Firstsource workplace projects, TCS equipment rooms and a global logistics leader’s technology centre. The company positions this expansion as an evolution of its existing delivery model rather than a departure.

Outlook

Flipspaces intends to continue applying its technology‑driven approach to anticipate enterprise needs, aiming to make future space delivery faster, more predictable and cost‑certain.
