Multi-tier Storage Structure
- Second multi-tier installation at Flomic's Bhiwandi facility
- First outright procurement (previous installations were long-term lease basis)
- Project commissioned in July 2026 and completed in September 2026
- Ground-plus-three-tier structure adds 15,000 sq. ft. of storage area
- Three tiers of 5,000 sq. ft. each
- Effective leasable area increased from 5,000 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft. on same footprint
- Occupied by a quick commerce customer since September 2026
Long-span Pallet Racking
- Installed in September and October 2026
- G+5 level long-span shelving
- Adds more than 2,000 pallet positions
- Total warehouse capacity now approximately 8,000 pallets
- Occupied by an FMCG customer since October 2026
