Press Release Overview
Flytxt, an AI‑powered Enterprise Marketplace Optimisation company headquartered in the Netherlands with a corporate office in Dubai and R&D centres in India, announced on 7 July 2026 that it has entered into an engagement with Digicel Trinidad & Tobago (T&T), a key subsidiary of Digicel Group, the leading telecommunications and digital services provider operating in 25 Caribbean and Central American markets.
The engagement expands Flytxt’s strategic relationship with Digicel Group, building on a prior successful deployment of its AI‑powered solutions at another Group company, Wizze. Flytxt now serves more than 75 telecom operators worldwide, reaching over one billion mobile consumers.
Flytxt has completed the initial go‑live of its cloud‑native NEON‑dX platform for Digicel T&T, establishing a foundation for an always‑on Customer Value Management (CVM) capability across the carrier’s prepaid and postpaid businesses. The platform integrates built‑in AI and automation to deliver deeper customer segmentation, precise targeting, hyper‑personalisation and real‑time decisioning for use cases such as lifecycle marketing, upsell, cross‑sell and retention.
CEO Dr. Vinod Vasudevan stated that enterprises in high‑volume, highly competitive telecom markets increasingly expect AI to continuously optimise customer experiences and business growth, and expressed delight at partnering with Digicel T&T to transform market signals into intelligent decisions and timely marketing actions that maximise customer lifetime value.
According to Flytxt, the solution will shift Digicel T&T from fragmented, manual campaign operations to a highly centralised, scalable, insight‑led engagement model. By unifying customer intelligence, AI‑driven decisioning and omnichannel campaign automation, the deployment is expected to improve agility, operational efficiency and impact across CVM workflows, strengthening always‑on omnichannel engagement across digital touchpoints and enabling marketing teams to respond faster with personalised offers and contextual actions.
Flytxt’s AI is described as “Agentic AI”, built on a domain‑augmented knowledge base and a privacy‑preserving federated learning architecture that enables continuous cross‑market learning and deep contextual understanding of marketplace dynamics. The company claims its patented causal reasoning techniques go beyond correlations and large language models to decide, simulate and orchestrate actions across enterprise workflows, consistently improving outcomes such as revenue growth, customer engagement and product profitability.
Flytxt operates in over 50 countries with more than 80 enterprise customers, maintains a sales presence in Mexico, Colombia, France, South Africa, Germany and Kenya, and provides further information at www.flytxt.ai.
