The disclosure intimates that Mr. Anand Krishnan shall cease to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on August 11, 2026.
This cessation is in continuation of earlier disclosures dated June 10, 2026 (regarding Mr. Krishnan's resignation) and June 30, 2026 (regarding the extension of his effective date of cessation). The extension was granted to facilitate continuity and an orderly transition of responsibilities.
