Mr. Ameya T. Masurkar has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. His resignation also covers the role of Nodal Officer. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on August 11, 2026.

Reason for Resignation

The resignation was submitted due to personal and professional reasons as stated in the resignation letter dated June 23, 2026. Mr. Masurkar expressed gratitude to the Board of Directors, management, and colleagues for support and opportunities during his tenure.

Transition and Handover

Mr. Masurkar has assured full cooperation in ensuring a smooth and orderly transition of responsibilities and in handing over all records, documents, and information pertaining to his role. The company is required to arrange for necessary filings and compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations.
