Fora Raises $60M Series D at $1 Billion Valuation
On July 16, 2026, Fora announced the closing of a $60 million Series D round that values the company at $1 billion on a post‑money basis. The round was led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with continued participation from existing backers Thrive Capital, Insight Partners and Heartcore Capital. New participants included PLUS Capital, BlackPines Capital Partners (represented by Amy Schumer) and Tribeca Venture Partners.
The financing lifts Fora’s cumulative capital raised to $138.5 million and will be deployed to deepen the capabilities of its embedded AI assistant, Via, expand into additional markets and travel categories such as cruise, flights and enterprise investment, and to support further hiring. Via is currently in beta with a select group of top advisors and is designed to automate tasks such as destination research, supplier knowledge, itinerary building and proposal generation, allowing advisors to focus on relationship‑driven, experience‑based services.
Since its launch in 2021, Fora’s network of advisors has booked more than $3 billion in travel for clients across more than 180 countries. The platform reached its first $1 billion in lifetime bookings in three years, the second $1 billion in eight months and the third $1 billion in just five months, illustrating accelerated growth. Fora now supports over 15,000 active advisors, 97 % of whom are newcomers to the travel‑advising profession, including former physicians, attorneys, traders, full‑time parents and retirees. Advisors on the platform range from those seeking supplemental income to those generating over $10 million in annual bookings.
Evan Frank, co‑founder of Fora, stated that the company’s mission is to provide the infrastructure needed for advisors to build real businesses and that AI raises the ceiling of what is possible for the profession. Brian O'Malley, founder and managing partner of Tactile Ventures, remarked that Fora generates more revenue than all AI‑travel companies combined, attributing its advantage to a blend of automation and human accountability.
LinkedIn ranked the travel‑advisor role as the fifth‑fastest‑growing job in the United States in 2025, underscoring broader sector momentum that aligns with Fora’s growth trajectory.
