EGM Details

The 01/2026-27 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the "A" Equity Shareholders of Force Motors Limited will be held on Monday, 26th October, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

The purpose of the EGM is to consider the proposal of removal of restrictions of transferability and other incidental conditions of 27,600 "A" Equity Shares held by shareholders in physical mode. This proposal is subject to other regulatory approvals, if any.

Share Status

These 27,600 "A" Equity Shares subject to the proposal are currently not listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, which are the stock exchanges where the regular equity shares of the Company are currently listed and traded.

Voting Arrangements

(A) Cut-off Date for E-Voting:

The "Cut-off Date" for determining eligibility of the "A" Equity Shareholders to vote is Monday, 19th October, 2026.

(B) E-Voting Period:

Remote e-voting will commence at 09:00 A.M. (IST) on Thursday, 22nd October, 2026 and end at 05:00 P.M. (IST) on Sunday, 25th October, 2026.

Communication Method

In accordance with relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI, the Notice of EGM will be sent through email only to all "A" Equity Shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).

The Company will also send a letter to all "A" Equity Shareholders whose email addresses are not updated in the records of the Company/RTA, providing the web-link and exact path on the Company's website where the EGM Notice is accessible.
