The 01/2026-27 Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of "A" Equity Shareholders of Force Motors Limited was held on Monday, 26th October, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). The meeting concluded at 03:37 p.m. The deemed venue was the Registered Office of the Company at Mumbai – Pune Road, Akurdi, Pune – 411 035, Maharashtra.

Resolution Considered

One special resolution was considered and transacted:

Resolution 1: "To consider and approve proposal of variation in the restrictions, terms and conditions of 27,600 shares held by 'A' Equity Shareholders with regard to removal of restrictions on transferability and other incidental conditions."

Voting Procedures

The Company Secretary & Compliance Officer explained procedural and technical aspects for participation and remote e-Voting. Mr. Parag Pansare, Practicing Chartered Accountant, was appointed as scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.

Shareholders who had not cast votes through remote e-voting were provided an opportunity to cast their votes at the end of the meeting.
