Overview
Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, described as the World’s No. 1 Air Hostess Training Institute, received three Training Partner Awards at the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council’s (THSC) THSC Connect 2026 conference held at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi. The conference theme was “The Power of Partnerships.”

The awards were presented by Mr. Rajan Bahadur, CEO of THSC, to Mr. Sudhir Malhotra, Chief Operating Officer of the Frankfinn Group, in front of industry leaders, government representatives and hospitality professionals.
Historical Context
Frankfinn has previously received the THSC Best Training Partner award five times (2017‑18, 2018‑19, 2021‑22, 2022‑23, 2023‑24). In 2022‑23 it also secured three awards in a single year, a feat replicated in 2026. The institute celebrated 33 years of operation in 2026, having been incorporated in 1993, and announced plans for further expansion.
Partnerships and Infrastructure
Frankfinn maintains a partnership with Air India, providing cabin‑service familiarisation training and issuing co‑branded certificates upon course completion. It also serves as the sole recruitment partner for the Emirates Group, including Emirates Airline, for an uninterrupted 14‑year period. Training centres across India are equipped with modern computer labs, projectors, audiovisual aids, and classrooms designed for professional learning. Trainers are highly experienced, and students are trained on leading computerised reservation systems used in airlines, hotels and travel agencies. All courses are affiliated with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and THSC, ensuring compliance with national skilling standards.
Placement Performance
In the past year, more than 10,000 Frankfinn students secured placements in aviation, hospitality, travel and customer‑service sectors. The institute holds a record in the Limca Book of Records for the highest number of cabin‑crew placements year after year. The highest salary package offered to a graduate stands at Rs 2,45,000 per month.
Additional Recognitions
Beyond THSC awards, Frankfinn has been named Best Air Hostess Training Institute by Assocham for eleven consecutive years and received the Assocham Gold Award for Best Higher Vocational Institute for Skill Development for four straight years (2016‑2019). In 2021, it won the Best Aviation Training Institute award at the Assocham Knowledge Management Virtual Meet. The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry honoured it for Outstanding Contribution in Cabin Crew Training in 2019, and Assocham recognised it as the Best Institute in Placement in January 2022.
