Fratelli Vineyards Limited has formally intimated BSE Limited regarding the receipt of new International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs) in connection with its upcoming Rights Issue. This follows the outcome of the Rights Issue Committee meeting that was intimated on October 26, 2026.
The company has received two specific ISINs:
The ISIN IN9401Z01017 will be used for the credit of partly paid-up equity shares (face value of ₹10 each, ₹6 paid-up) into the Demat accounts of eligible shareholders. This credit will occur after the receipt of Application Money for the Rights Issue shares.
The ISIN INE401Z20019 will be used for the credit of Rights Entitlement into the Demat accounts of eligible shareholders. This action is scheduled to take place before the formal opening of the Rights Issue.
