Fratelli Vineyards Shareholders Approve Director Appointments

Fratelli Vineyards shareholders approved the appointment of Sanjay Kumar Jain as Independent Director via postal ballot.
Shareholders also re-appointed Gaurav Sekhri as Managing Director with both resolutions passing by special majority.
The postal ballot process was conducted via remote e-voting from April 10 to May 9, 2026, as per SEBI regulations.
Scrutinizer Ajay Baroota certified the voting results with 99.9988% approval for both resolutions from 95 shareholders.
