Fruition Venture Ltd's Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Arihant Sukhlecha, resigned effective 27th April 2026.
The resignation was accepted by the company's Board of Directors in a meeting held on the same date.
The company is filing necessary documents with the Registrar of Companies and intimating BSE per SEBI LODR Reg. 30.
