Fujiyama Power Systems Allots 4.91 Lakh ESOP Shares

Fujiyama Power Systems allotted 490,828 equity shares to employees under its ESOP 2023 plan at an exercise price of ₹174.34 per share.
The company's issued and subscribed share capital increased to ₹30.69 crore, consisting of 30,690,176 equity shares.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and are being issued in dematerialized form.
The allotment was approved by the Board on April 25, 2026, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
