Executive Background
Abhishek Bhargava brings nearly two decades of experience in global healthcare and MedTech organisations. He most recently served as Senior Director, Transformation & Growth Business on the Medtronic India leadership team, where over a nine‑year tenure he oversaw operating units and portfolios covering surgical innovations (sutures, stapling, energy, hernia, visualization), coronary and renal denervation, structural heart, acute care and monitoring, endoscopy, surgical robotics, cardiac rhythm management and cardiac ablation solutions. Earlier in his career he held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson MedTech within the Cordis and Biosense Webster franchises, contributing to growth in interventional cardiology and electrophysiology. He also co‑founded SmartMedicalBuyer.com, one of India’s early digital platforms for medical supply procurement. He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Hindu College, University of Delhi.
