Future Market Networks Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, August 13, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
The company had previously intimated via letter dated June 24, 2026 about the closure of the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company. The trading window remains closed for all "Designated Persons and their immediate relatives" covered under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
All Directors, Employees, Connected Persons, and Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period of trading window closure.
