Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's securities has been closed effective from July 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
