Futuristic Solutions Reappoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors

Futuristic Solutions Limited reappoints M/s SMPC as internal auditor for FY 2026-27 effective April 29, 2026.
Company reappoints M/s Kumar Rajesh & Associates as secretarial auditor for five years from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31.
Secretarial auditor reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the 43rd Annual General Meeting.
Both appointments were approved by the Board based on Audit Committee recommendations on April 29, 2026.
