Fourwrd MMLP Varanasi Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of G R Infraprojects Limited, executed a concession agreement with Varanasi MMLP Limited on 15th October 2026.

Project Details

Project Description: Development, Operation and Maintenance of the Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) Varanasi in the State of Uttar Pradesh through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.

Financial Consideration: ₹91.60 crore (excluding GST)

Execution Mode: Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT)

Timeline:

• Construction Period: 1 (one) year from Appointed Date
• Concession Period: 45 Years (including the Construction Period) from the appointed date
