G Square Group, identified as India’s largest plotted developer, announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JSW One Homes, a subsidiary of JSW One Platforms Limited and part of the JSW Group. Under the MoU, JSW One Homes will act as the Home Building Platform Partner for G Square, enabling the integration of G Square’s plot‑ownership model with JSW One Homes’ technology‑enabled, turnkey home construction services.

The collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between plot acquisition and villa construction. It will allow G Square’s plot‑buyers to access a coordinated construction experience that offers clear cost visibility, quality building materials, and the flexibility to choose specifications that suit individual budgets and timelines. JSW One Homes’ platform provides end‑to‑end services including architectural design, material selection, contractor selection, material delivery, project management, quality control and final handover through a network of empanelled architects, contractors, franchisees and service partners.

Key figures and operational scope:

  • As of 30 June 2026, JSW One Homes had more than 600 homes in various stages of design or construction across 20 cities and operated 10 design studios in eight cities.
  • G Square Group has aggregated over 10,000 acres of land nationwide and serves 25,000 customers across multiple cities such as Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Madurai, Erode, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Pollachi and Hosur. The company has a 14‑year track record of delivering investment lands with verified legal compliance and transparent processes.
