On 27 October 2026 in Chennai, G Square Group, described as India’s largest plotted developer, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JSW One Homes, a subsidiary of JSW One Platforms Limited of the JSW Group, appointing JSW One Homes as its Home Building Platform Partner.
Objectives of the Partnership
The collaboration seeks to bridge the gap between plot ownership and home construction by giving G Square’s plot‑buyers access to JSW One Homes’ technology‑enabled, turnkey home construction platform and quality building materials. It aims to provide customers with greater cost visibility, coordinated execution, and the flexibility to choose specifications that suit their budgets and timelines.

Mr. Bala Ramajayam, Founder and Managing Director of G Square Group, said that owning a plot and building a villa offers cost, ownership and long‑term value advantages over apartment purchases, and that the partnership will make villa construction more convenient with clearer cost visibility.

As of 30 June 2026, the platform had more than 600 homes at various stages of design and construction across 20 cities and operated 10 design studios in eight cities.
