G Square MoU with JSW One Homes

On 27 October 2026, in Chennai, G Square Group – described as India’s largest plotted developer – entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JSW One Homes, a subsidiary of JSW One Platforms and part of the JSW Group. Under the MoU, JSW One Homes will serve as the Home Building Platform Partner for G Square, providing its technology‑enabled, turnkey construction services to G Square’s plot‑buyers.

Partnership Details

The collaboration combines G Square’s expertise in land aggregation and plotted real‑estate development with JSW One Homes’ structured, technology‑driven construction platform. Customers who have purchased plots from G Square will gain access to end‑to‑end construction solutions, including architectural design, material selection, contractor engagement, material delivery, project management, quality control and final handover. The partnership is intended to make home building more convenient, transparent and cost‑visible, allowing buyers to plan budgets, choose specifications, and monitor timelines more efficiently.
