Gabriel Pet Straps Ltd. held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on April 3, 2026, to appoint Mrs. Rupalben Pranavkumar Shah as an independent director.
The resolution to appoint Mrs. Rupalben Pranavkumar Shah as an independent director for a 5-year term was passed at the EGM.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jay Pareshbhai Shah, Chairman and Managing Director, and attended by the board and key personnel.
