Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Mr. A. K. Rastogi, Company Secretary in Whole-Time Practice (FCS No. 1748, C.P. No. 22973), was appointed as the Scrutinizer. His responsibilities included scrutinizing the remote e-voting and e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner and ascertaining the requisite majority.
