Gala Precision Components (Shanghai) Pvt Limited, a non-operative step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of Gala Precision Engineering Limited, has been voluntarily deregistered by the relevant regulatory authority in China. The deregistration process has been completed.
The subsidiary did not carry on any business operations and was not a material subsidiary of the Company. The cessation does not have any impact on the business operations, revenue, or financial position of the Company or its group.
Consequent to the deregistration, Gala Precision Components (Shanghai) Pvt Limited has ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
