Galada Power EGM: Authorized Capital Raised to ₹11.75Cr

Galada Power held an EGM on 27 March 2026 to increase authorized share capital from ₹11 crore to ₹11.75 crore.
The new capital structure eliminates 10,000 preference shares entirely, comprising only 1,17,50,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
Articles of Association amended via Special Resolution to align Article 3 with the revised Memorandum of Association clause V.
