- Position: Non-executive Independent Director
- Experience: Overall 9 years of experience as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
- Expertise Areas: Corporate Laws, Security Laws, Capital Market, Corporate Governance, FEMA Compliances, Listing Process, Liaison with Regulatory authorities, and various Compliances under Financial Services
- Relationship Disclosure: Not related to any of the current Directors of the Company
2. Appointment of Mr. Ankitkumar Surendrakumar Agrawal
- Position: Non-executive Independent Director
- Qualifications: Qualified Company Secretary (Membership No. ACS 53150), Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Master's in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University
- Current Association: Company Secretary with Prozeal Green Energy Limited since November 2023 (company engaged in renewable energy sector)
- Previous Associations: Camrola Quartz Limited and Rama Gum Industries India Limited as Company Secretary
- Experience: Overall more than 7 years as a Company Secretary
- Expertise Areas: Corporate Laws, Security Laws, and Liaison with Regulatory authorities
- Relationship Disclosure: Not related to any of the current Directors of the Company
Appointment Terms and Conditions
- Both appointments are proposed as Additional Non-executive Independent Directors
- The directors are liable to retire by rotation
- Appointments are subject to approval of shareholders at the next General Meeting
