Galaxy Agrico Exports Limited has submitted a formal withdrawal of its earlier intimation regarding the appointment of Non-Executive Independent Directors. The company had previously submitted an intimation on 29th June, 2026 regarding the appointment of Mr. Aayush Shah and Mr. Ankitkumar Surendrakumar Agrawal as Non-Executive Independent Directors.
The withdrawal is due to the company not having received the requisite documents from the proposed directors, including:
- Consent to act as Directors
- Declarations of independence
- Disclosures of interest
- Other necessary documents as required under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
As a result of this non-receipt of documents, the proposed appointments have not been considered and approved by the Board of Directors. The earlier intimation submitted to the Stock Exchange therefore stands formally withdrawn.
