The "Trading Window" for dealing in the company's shares is closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
The closure period is from 1st October 2026 and will continue until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on 2nd November 2026.
This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct. The company had previously intimated this closure via a letter dated 30th September 2026.
