Two student‑led innovation teams from Galgotias University will compete in the Global EDVentures Startup Competition 2026 in Hong Kong, focusing on UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).
Team Tekurious Pvt. Limited is building a Virtual‑Reality immersive learning platform to teach complex concepts through interactive simulations.
Project TACTO is developing a tactile hardware‑based coding system with modular blocks and real‑time audio feedback to enable visually impaired learners to code.
The university has incubated more than 135 startups, created a INR 10 crore Galgotias Innovation Fund, and established Centres of Excellence with Intel, Cisco, Apple, Salesforce, Tata Technologies, Capgemini and an NVIDIA DGX H200 high‑performance computing ecosystem.
Currently 34 student‑developed applications are live on the Apple App Store and 18 students have been selected as global winners of the Apple Swift Student Challenge.
