Placement Overview

Galgotias University announced that its graduating Class of 2026 secured more than 5,500 job offers from over 1,250 recruiting firms during the 2026 placement season. The university achieved a 100 % placement rate for students enrolled in its MBA and BBA programmes.

Recruiter Participation and Hiring Numbers

The recruiter roster spanned technology, finance, consulting and fast‑growing sectors. Infosys led hiring with 526 students, followed by Capgemini (228), Cognizant (205), City Union Bank (188) and Accenture (91). Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC collectively extended more than 80 “dream” offers. Additional recruiters included PwC, S&P Global, Protiviti, Indigo, Federal Bank, BNY Mellon, Reliance JioBP, Amazon, Asian Paints, Ameriprise Financial, Tata Consumer Products Limited, Wipro and Delhivery, among many others. Early recruitment for the 2026‑27 batch has already begun, with Deloitte, EY and KPMG among the first companies to engage.

Compensation Highlights

The season‑wide average salary landed at INR 5.4 LPA. Over 550 offers were above INR 6 LPA, and the highest package recorded was INR 60 LPA. On the internship side, the top stipend reached INR 1.25 lakh per month.

Academic Ecosystem Supporting Placements

Galgotias University attributes its placement success to industry‑aligned curricula and Centres of Excellence created in partnership with Intel, Apple, Cisco, Salesforce, Tata Technologies, Capgemini and L&T EduTech. These centres operate alongside live projects, mentoring programmes and a NVIDIA DGX H200‑powered computing infrastructure, providing students with hands‑on exposure to industry‑standard tools from day one. B.Tech programmes in Computer Science Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Data Science benefit from this integrated model.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Outcomes

Beyond employment, the university’s incubation ecosystem generated more than 135 student‑founded startups across technology, AI, digital services and applied engineering. Students also shipped over 75 applications to the Apple App Store, and 18 were named global winners of the Apple Swift Student Challenge 2026 – the highest number among private universities in India.
