Gallantt Ispat Appoints Pradyumna Kumar Satpathy CFO

Gallantt Ispat Limited's Board approved appointment of Mr. Pradyumna Kumar Satpathy as CFO and KMP effective 1st April, 2026.
The appointment follows recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Satpathy brings 28+ years of finance experience, with prior senior roles at JSW Steel, Jayaswal Neco Industries, and Bhushan Power and Steel.
