GAMCO Limited's Finance Committee approved the SSPA on 26 March 2026 for transfer of 100% stake in Visco Advisory Private Limited (VAPL) to a Blackstone affiliate.
Buyer is BREP Asia III India Holding Co II Pte. Ltd., owned by funds managed/advised by affiliates of Blackstone Inc.; not a promoter/promoter group entity.
VAPL had nil turnover and net worth of INR 9.17 Lakhs (~0.09% of consolidated net worth) in FY 2024-25; transaction completion expected by 31 May 2026.
Consideration amount has been agreed but will be disclosed only upon completion of customary conditions precedent.
