Board Meeting Outcomes

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 6th November, 2026 to inter-alia, consider and approve:

• The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements, along with notes and Auditor's Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026 [Q2 FY2027].

Insider Trading Window Closure

As per the previous letter dated 28th September, 2026 and per the terms of the Company's "Insider Trading Code for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and applicable amendments, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities remains closed for specified persons as defined in the Code.
