Gandhar Oil Refinery executed a sale deed for its property in Mohali, Punjab on April 30, 2026.
The total consideration received for the immovable property was ₹1.60 crore.
The purchaser was Mr. Tarundeep Singh, who is not related to the promoter group.
The sale does not constitute substantially the whole undertaking of the company.
