Gandhi Special Tubes Limited has intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 12 August 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2026.
The company has implemented a trading window closure for dealing in the company's shares, which commenced on 1 July 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 are made public on 12 August 2026. Accordingly, trading will resume on Saturday, 15 August 2026.
