Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has intimated the stock exchanges (BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited) regarding the cut-off date for e-voting for its upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Voting Rights and Cut-off Date
The voting rights of shareholders (for both remote e-voting and e-voting during the meeting) shall be in proportion to their shareholding of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date: Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Remote E-Voting Details
The company has made arrangements with NSDL to provide remote e-voting facilities:
- Commencement of remote e-voting: From 10:00 A.M. on September 14, 2026
- End of remote e-voting: Up to 5:00 P.M. on September 16, 2026
The e-voting module will be disabled by NSDL after this period. Members holding shares in either physical or dematerialized form may cast their vote by remote e-voting before the AGM during this specified period.
Scrutinizer Appointment
The Company has appointed:
- Mr. S. K. Gupta, Practicing Company Secretary (Fellow Membership No. 2589 and Certificate of Practice No. 1920) as the Scrutinizer
- Ms. Divya Saxena, Practicing Company Secretary (Fellow Membership No. 5639 and Certificate of Practice No. 5352) as the Alternate Scrutinizer
Their role is to scrutinize the e-voting process (both remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM) in a fair and transparent manner.
