Mr. Rajiv Kumar Saxena, aged 60 years, is a Postgraduate in Mathematics from University of Lucknow and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He is a senior banking professional with 35 years of experience at State Bank of India, having served as Chief General Manager at SBI Corporate Centre, Mumbai.
His expertise includes large corporate credit, MSME, high-value portfolio management, credit appraisal, corporate governance, risk management, CRA (Risk) Validation, and regulatory compliances. He has experience in leading high-level credit committees of banks, validated ratings of Corporate/MSME clients, and ESG ratings of more than 500 corporates. He has managed a business portfolio of approximately ~15 trillion.
Additionally, he has spearheaded digital banking adoption and led business development with Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, Insurance Companies, AMCs, and Stockbrokers.

Mr. Rajiv Kumar Saxena is not related to any Director and/or KMP of the Company and fulfills the criteria of independence as provided under the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations. He is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or any other such authority.
