Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has issued a notice to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors.
The board meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 3, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Concurrently, the company has confirmed that the 'Trading Window' for trading in the company's equity shares has been closed for insiders since July 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results on August 3, 2026.
