The resignation was disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations 30 and circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155.
Ms. Gajwani held no shares in the company at the time of her resignation.
The company has filed necessary regulatory intimations with BSE and will file with ROC.
