Specifications
CIRQA measures 27 × 47 × 9 mm and weighs approximately 21 grams. It features a fibre‑reinforced polymer case and a replaceable Comfort Fit fabric strap. Two size options are offered: S/M for wrists 120–200 mm and L/XL for wrists 145–240 mm. The band is rated 5 ATM water‑resistance, making it suitable for swimming.

The device delivers up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge.
Health & Wellness Features
CIRQA tracks wrist‑based heart rate, stress, respiration, and blood‑oxygen saturation (Pulse Ox). It includes Body Battery to estimate energy reserves, women’s health tools for menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking, and comprehensive sleep monitoring with sleep stages, a sleep score, personalized sleep coaching, nap detection, heart‑rate variability, and skin‑temperature measurement during sleep.
Activity & Training Features
The band supports more than 80 activities, such as running, walking, cycling, and yoga. Users can start activities via the side button or record them later through Garmin Connect. Automatic activity detection is available, with post‑activity editing. Connected GPS leverages a compatible smartphone to capture outdoor routes, distance, and pace, while Live Track enables real‑time location sharing. Additional training metrics include training readiness, training status, VO₂ max estimates, workout benefit, and recovery time.
Connectivity & App Integration
CIRQA syncs with the Garmin Connect smartphone app, compatible with both iPhone and Android devices. Core health and activity data are viewable in the app without any mandatory subscription. Optional Garmin Connect+ features are offered separately for users who desire enhanced functionality.
