Garuda Construction Appoints Dhruti Satia Independent Director

Garuda Construction appointed Mrs. Dhruti Harsh Satia as Non-Executive Independent Director effective April 21, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on Nomination Committee recommendations during a meeting held April 21, 2026.
Mrs. Satia is a qualified company secretary with experience in listed companies and meets all independence criteria under SEBI regulations.
The director confirmed she is not related to other directors and is not debarred from holding director office.
