On July 10, 2026, Garware Fulflex announced the successful completion of its acquisition of a 300,000‑square‑foot, fully automated medical products manufacturing facility located in Jacksonville, Texas. The plant sits on a 30‑acre campus and employs more than 250 personnel who produce a broad range of critical medical products for healthcare providers and patients across North America and globally.
Operational Capabilities
The newly acquired site is equipped with advanced injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, extrusion, assembly and quality systems, thereby enhancing Garware Fulflex’s technical expertise and production capacity in the United States.
Financial Impact
Garware Fulflex expects the acquisition to lift its global revenue from approximately US$100 million to US$200 million, effectively doubling the company’s turnover and significantly expanding its manufacturing scale.
Global Footprint
With the addition of the Jacksonville facility, Garware Fulflex now operates 14 locations worldwide: four manufacturing facilities in the United States, one in the Dominican Republic, two in India, and seven sales offices and distribution centres. The company serves customers in more than 85 countries.
