Garware Hi-Tech Films appointed Sonali Mehta as Independent Director for one year effective June 2026.
The company reappointed Monika Garware as Vice-Chairperson and Joint MD for five years from November 2026.
Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting.
