Garware Hi-Tech Films Appoints Independent Director

Garware Hi-Tech Films appointed Ms. Sonali Mehta as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective June 25, 2026.
The board also approved the re-appointment of Ms. Monika Garware as Vice-Chairperson and Joint Managing Director for five years from November 2026.
Ms. Mehta replaces Ms. Devanshi Nanavati, whose second term as Independent Director concludes on June 24, 2026.
Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval and include declarations of non-disqualification from regulatory authorities.
